As 2025 draws to a close we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge 😍THANK YOU 😍to all our guests, friends and followers
We have had an incredible year and with the highest number of returning guests this year, it makes us so happy our guests love our cottages so much they return time after time!
As a small family business there is so much that goes on behind the scenes to make your stay enjoyable and trouble free and we couldn't do it without the support of our amazing cleaning teams of Carol,Wayne,Lisa & co at Clean holmes/ clean holiday holmes and Hannah,Ben, Kerry & co Hanibobs Cleaning Services who regularly go above and beyond to ensure our cottages are immaculately clean, well equipped and ready on time for our guests
We are very fortunate to have great colleagues in our maintenance company, heating company and builders who help us out at the drop of a hat

Last but not least, out brilliant suppliers, Mocha Mondo Coffee, Northumberland Gifts,The Northumberland Bakehouse and Love Popcorn who keep us well stocked with locally sourced items for our famous welcome packs
We own and manage all our holidays cottages which means you deal with me (Elaine 😁) every step of the way , from your initial enquiry, to booking, payment options, check in details and feedback. I am always available to help with any questions and always try to accommodate every request. We really hope booking directly with us not only saves you money, it makes the process easier and your holiday amazing!
