We haven’t posted for a while but we’re still welcoming guests to Little Hoots Roost and we hope everyone staying with us had a fantastic summer. If you’re looking for a quaint stay but something a little bigger, we’re sure our brand new converted windmill could be just the place.

Sited in Waddington, Lincolnshire you’ll enjoy fantastic views and the Red Arrows regular fly bys too.

The property sleeps 7 so ideal for family groups. There’s a hot tub, outdoor BBQ and a doggy shower for mucky pups.
