There has been a large amount of speculation, misinformation and AI-generated content circulating on social media, including posts that incorrectly claim widespread airspace closures and mass flight cancellations. Much of this information is not accurate or verified.

At present, some airlines are making precautionary adjustments to certain routes, which may occasionally result in delays, rerouting, or isolated cancellations, but this does not mean all flights to or through the Middle East are cancelled.

Our team is:
✔ Monitoring official airline and aviation authority updates
✔ Contacting affected customers directly if their booking is impacted
✔ Helping with alternative travel arrangements where necessary

We kindly ask customers to rely on official airline updates and communication from our team, rather than unverified posts circulating online.

We understand the current ongoing situation in the Middle East is having a significant impact on many travellers.

Our team is working closely with airlines, accommodation providers, tour operators and other travel partners to ensure everyone is able to rebook their journey or return home safely where possible.

We are actively assisting customers who are currently overseas and those with connections through hub airports that are temporarily closed or facing significant delays. We have proactively contacted all customers due to travel up to 31 March to discuss the options available; however, the situation continues to evolve and may change without notice.

Our priority remains the wellbeing and safety of all our customers - both those currently travelling and those with departures coming up soon.
