Last week, I had the pleasure of spending some time at Cardiff Airport to experience the WestJet service to Toronto and see first-hand what all the excitement has been about. 🇨🇦🍁✈️

I came away genuinely impressed. The aircraft itself was fantastic, the onboard service was warm and welcoming, and the amenities available to passengers were excellent.

One feature that really stood out was the complimentary Wi-Fi and streaming service, which was seamless and a real bonus for travellers.

I was also particularly impressed by the accessibility and disability facilities available, which demonstrated a genuine commitment to making travel more inclusive and comfortable for everyone.👏🏼

It’s fantastic to see a route like this performing so well, and after a successful first season, the service will return from May to September 2027. 🇨🇦✈️

Twenty-five years ago today, the world watched events unfold that changed aviation, travel and countless lives forever.

Many of us can still remember exactly where we were on 11th September 2001.
Today, we pause to remember those who lost their lives, the families forever affected, and the extraordinary courage shown by first responders and ordinary people in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

As a business built around travel, days like today are a reminder of how resilient our industry is and how important it is never to take the privilege of exploring the world for granted.

Our thoughts are with all those remembering loved ones today.

This morning started with a familiar and very welcome tradition – waving off the fantastic Risca Male Choir as they set off on their latest tour, this time heading to Colchester! 🎶🚍

We've had the privilege of looking after the choir's travel arrangements for many years now, and it's always one of those bookings that we genuinely look forward to. There's something special about seeing a group that's become such a valued client over the years heading off to make more memories together.

A lot of work goes into organising group travel behind the scenes, so seeing everyone excited, packed and ready to go makes it all worthwhile. 🌍

A brief update regarding the flight disruption affecting parts of the UK today. 🌐⚠

We’re pleased to report that, at this stage, the impact on our customers has been extremely limited.
