Important Europe travel update ✈️

From 7 September, temporary flexibility around the new EES biometric border checks ends.

British travellers entering the Schengen Area should be prepared to:

📸 Have a facial image taken
☝️ Provide fingerprints when required
⏰ Allow extra time for border queues

This isn’t ETIAS and there’s nothing to apply for in advance registration happens at the border.

Luxury travel has changed ✨

For many of us, luxury is no longer just about five star hotels, ch*****ne or flying First Class.

It’s having time to properly switch off.
Sleeping well.
Enjoying privacy and space.
Sharing meaningful experiences with the people we love.
And returning home feeling genuinely refreshed.

Of course, a beautiful hotel and a little extra indulgence are always lovely 💕But real luxury is personal it’s about choosing a holiday that makes you feel good.

For me, luxury is a beautiful beachfront hotel, peace and quiet, lovely food and time to relax without watching the clock 🌴

September always felt like my real “new year” more than January ever did. 🍂

Part of me never wanted the school holidays to end those long summer days with the kids, no routine, no rush. I miss that every single year.
But there’s always a bit of me quietly craving the reset too. The lunchboxes, the earlier nights, the spring clean, the “right, let’s get organised” feeling.

And if I’m honest… this is also the point I start thinking about Christmas 🎄 (sorry, not sorry).

Anyone else feel this September pull? Torn between missing summer and low-key ready for the routine?
