From swimming mum to VIP spectator. 🌊🥹

For 11 years I stood on poolsides across the country watching my daughter Molly compete.

British Champion. 100m and 200m Breaststroke.

I cried at every race. Proud doesn’t even cover it.

Last weekend I sat in VIP seats at the London Aquatics Centre watching the world’s best Olympic swimmers race.

And the person who organised the entire event?

Molly. 💛

AP Race International. Every swimmer. Every detail. Every moment. Her job. Her vision. Her success.

I didn’t cry at poolside this time.

I sobbed in the stands. 😂💛

Life really does come full circle.

So proud of you Molly. Always. 🌊✨

I’m going to be honest I was absolutely petrified. 😂

Heights are not my thing. At all.

But there I was. Bali. Red dress. On a swing over a jungle valley.

And do you know what? It was one of the most extraordinary moments of my life. 🌺

That’s what travel does. It pushes you. It surprises you. It makes you do things you never thought you would and feel things you never expected to feel.

This is why I do what I do. Because those moments? They change you.
