I’ve worked in travel since I was 16, but lately there’s an urge I’ve never felt quite this strongly… to put on a backpack, leave the itinerary open and see where I end up. 🌍🎒

☀️ HELP ME HELP YOU… GET ON THAT SUN LOUNGER! 😂✈️

A little update from me, your personal travel agent, holiday hunter and occasional detective… although my crystal ball is still out of order! 🔮🤣

To my lovely, loyal customers who come back time and time again — thank you ❤️ Over time, I get to know you, what you love and what makes a holiday right for you.

If you’re new to booking with me, or we haven’t worked together very often, I need a little help getting to know your holiday wish list. So when I ask lots of questions, there’s a reason… I want to send you something you’ll actually want to book! 😊

📅 Dates: “Sometime in June” is absolutely fine if you really can travel anytime in June! But if you’ve got a wedding on the 5th, can’t leave until the 12th or need to be home by the 25th, please tell me. I’d hate to have you choosing between your holiday and your cousin’s wedding… especially if you’re a bridesmaid! 😂

✈️ Airports: I look after customers from all over the country, so your local airport might be very different from mine! Let me know where you’re happy to fly from.

💷 Budget: This really does help. Everyone has a different idea of what they’re comfortable spending, and there’s no judgement here. A rough total budget — and whether it’s for everyone or per person — gives me somewhere sensible to start.

Even I’ve swapped my usual five-star preference for a four-star this year so I can squeeze in another holiday. Same Natasha, slightly fewer stars, more trips! 🤣☀️

🏖️ The little details: Who’s travelling, children’s ages, how many nights, board basis and any must-haves. If you need a walk-in shower, hate a hill or want to be within flip-flopping distance of the beach, I need to know!

I know budgets are feeling tighter — we’re feeling it too ❤️ That makes finding the right holiday for your money even more important.

If a quote lands with dates or details that don’t work, please tell me. If we haven’t pinned those things down, I may have been working with a wider search than you had in mind.
