Polite Notice to All Our Loyal Customers

We’d like to share a friendly reminder about how our damage deposit works when you hire one of our three campers.

A damage deposit is required before you take the vehicle. This deposit helps cover any accidental damage that may occur while the camper is in your possession.

A sign-in and sign-out sheet must be completed by both you and us to record the vehicle’s condition before collection and upon return. This process isn’t just in place to protect our business it’s also for your peace of mind.

As you can appreciate, accidents do happen, and any damage should be reported to us immediately. This is exactly what the damage deposit is there for.

As Camper Hire Wales is a small, family run business, we are unfortunately unable to absorb the cost of damages ourselves. If we did, Camper Hire Wales simply wouldn’t be able to continue.

Any costs for damages incurred while the camper is in your care will be deducted from your deposit. Any remaining balance will, of course, be returned to you promptly.
