Standing on stilts over the dazzling waters of Marina Bay, the infamous Fullerton Bay Hotel was home to our for their stay in Singapore. The hotel is within easy reach of Bay and it’s bustling whilst the Singapore Flyer and the are just one stop away on the MRT.

The lobby offers a sense of and is definitely a place to be seen with its grand ceiling and imposing .

Our clients opted to stay in a Bay View Room with floor to ceiling windows offering stunning views of the Marina Bay and city skyline. The rooms are imbued with a touch of with sleek , glossy and chrome fittings throughout.

Guests can head to La Brasserie for exquisite cuisine or The Landing Point for a delicious afternoon tea consisting of savoury cones and freshly baked . For a truly chilled out they can unwind at Lantern - one of Singapore’s coolest rooftop bars offering and light bites with amazing panoramic views of Marina Bay.

Occupying the northern tip of beautiful Beau Vallon bay sits the Hilton Seychelles Northolme - a modern five-star, adults only retreat and home for a week to our latest honeymooners.

A cluster of luxurious thatched villas stand like mini Swiss chalets on stilts among perfumed tropical foliage; complete with colonial style four poster beds, ottomans strewn with brightly coloured cushions and original island artwork hung on the walls.

Huge sliding doors open out to an inviting deck overlooking the swooping white curve of Beau Vallon beach. It’s easy to see why this spot was a favourite haunt of James Bond author Ian Fleming.

The multi level design makes good use of the space and huge granite boulders seem to have tumbled down the hillside to frame a ridiculously gorgeous view.

The well trained staff include butlers and buggy drivers who ferry guests between the villas, pool and spa with grace and efficiency. Dining is a real delight too with the Ocean View Bar and restaurant opening out to sea views and the signature Mahe restaurant offering live cooking with panoramic views.

Before returning home we’re sure our clients will enjoy the complimentary snorkelling and kayaking and of course the beautiful spa too.

If you watched BBC Two’s Amazing Hotels: Life Beyond the Lobby yesterday, you’ll have seen one of the most instagrammed hotels on the planet. Rising up from the flame coloured dunes and set 2 hours from Abu Dhabi within the largest uninterrupted sand desert in the world, sits the amazing Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara.

As you enter the arched entrance of what resembles a traditional Bedouin fort you’ll be greeted by dimly lit lanterns and a live Qanun player in the impressive lobby.

Rooms are contemporary in design with Arabian influences and uninterrupted desert views. Pillow and soap menus add to the luxury whilst the bathrooms host an ultra large bathtub. For ultimate luxury or if you’re travelling as a family then we’d highly recommend a private pool villa to remain cool in the desert heat.

The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and on hand for a range of activities including dune-bashing, camel riding, guided night walks and falcon or saluki shows. We’d highly recommend the Anantara spa which is a healing oasis set amongst the dunes.

For an authentic dining experience head to Al Falaj where you can enjoy a meal under the stars or opt for a camel ride and feel like a true Bedouin as you watch the sunset amongst the surreal landscape.
