Accommodation consists of lounge and dining room ,these are on the upper floor to make the most of the views across Cardigan bay and the Llanbedrog headland. The double bedroom with en-suite shower room , a double bedroom , a twin room and a room with bunk beds and a family bathroom are on the lower floor. Also includes; further wc, cloak storage , parking for 2 cars , boiler room with washer and

dryer . Wi-fi , central heating , private garden, small balcony with sea views . The property is ideally situated to all local amenities . National Trust beach, Glynny- Weddw public house, art gallery, shop, beach bars , bus stop (and much more )all within a few minutes walk . Good location for Snowdonia National Park . Price available on request as we can offer preferential rates for short or longer term rentals and for smaller parties . Peak weeks (Summer weeks) are £1000.
