Yesterday’s news that one of our town’s landmarks is closing hit me harder than I expected. It’s not just a shop shutting its doors — it’s another piece of the high street soul going.

As a small business owner, it makes me nervous… especially with our own expansion just around the corner. I can’t lie — I’ve questioned if I’m making the right decision. I’ve poured everything into The Revel Bakery, believing our town needs independent places like ours. But we can’t survive on belief alone.

We need you.
Not just us — every local shop, café, butcher, florist, and maker.
We need you to walk through our doors, choose us over the online basket, share our posts, bring a friend, and remind us why we’re here.

If we want our high street to still be here in 5 years, we all have to fight for it now. ❤️
