If you’re passionate about culture, events and bringing people together, this could be the ideal role for you.

We’re looking for a Culture Officer to join the team at North Northamptonshire Council to help deliver our ambitious Cultural Masterplan. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work alongside a fantastic network of partners and stakeholders, helping to shape and deliver a diverse programme of cultural activity across North Northamptonshire.

Get involved in the county’s flagship events such as Discover Northamptonshire Day, Roman Fest and the LVEP’s annual awards and conference events. Plus be constantly championing projects that celebrate our heritage, creativity and communities, no two days in this role are the same.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, working collaboratively and turning ideas into action. You’ll be working directly with partners, supporting projects on the ground and helping to make a real impact across the county.

There’s something new in the hub … ✨👀

Today the team from The Sealed Knot installed their exhibition which will be in the Northamptonshire Heritage Forum cabinet for the next 3 months!!

Make sure to come and see the exhibition before the end of August, entry to the hub is FREE and parking at is FREE 🤩

🍽👏🏻☕ Northamptonshire Food & Drink Week is off to a fantastic start... and we're celebrating it at the Tourist Hub too!

Visit the hub to discover some of Northamptonshire's incredible food and drink producers, learn more about their stories, and even purchase a selection of local products in our retail area ✨

📣 Don't forget that you can interact with our Food & Drink screen at the hub to find your next foodie destination to explore. Northamptonshire deserves to be recognised for the incredible food and drink on offer across the county!

At the hub today we have something very important … 🩺👩‍⚕️

FREE NHS Health Checks to help identify the risk of Heart Disease, Diabetes, Stroke Risk, and Kidney Disease.

If you’re aged 40 - 74 then head over to me to the hub until 5pm to see the NHS professionals. One quick check could make a big difference!

Please note you must be registered at a North Northamptonshire GP surgery to be eligible for the check.
