Please book via our website and YES we advise booking in advance.

If there is NO availability showing on a day/ greyed out this means we are FULL! We cannot guarantee you places if you just turn up.
We DO NOT have a cancellation wait list, anything that cancels goes straight back on the system. Sorry.
If you don’t see our logo, you aren’t booking our location.
Also we offer a water pistol battle park so please make sure you are booking the correct activity.
If you require a cancellation- all requests must be emailed directly to ourselves not just logged on the booking system.

Cancellation terms and conditions.
PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AND ONLY CONTINUE WITH THE BOOKING IF YOU ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS- We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within this time you will lose your payment. If you make a booking within less than 72 hours and need to cancel- no refund will be issued. If you give us more than 72 hour notice we will credit the payment, to be used at a later date, or offer you a 50% refund of the full amount. If you were to give us 7 days’ notice, we will then refund the full amount (Minus the booking fee) or put it as credit to be rebooked another time. If we are forced to close due to covid or adverse weather conditions you will be offered a full refund or credit to rebook.If you need to reschedule please email us at [email protected] and we will try to accommodate you.No refunds will be given on the day if a member of group decides not to slide. If you decide not to attend- no refund will be offered- you will be classed as a NO SHOW. We still operate in the rain. When you make a booking, you reserve your spaces which we cannot resell if you decide to not attend. No refund will be grated whatever the reason.Please note the booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE. Only book if you accept these terms and conditions.

We are now based along the A39 in between St Columb Major and Wadebridge.
Less than 10 minutes from the A30.

Cornwall is incredibly busy in the summer!
Please do not rely on your SAT NAV/ phone travel times, please add on extra time to travel, please leave earlier.
Your session starts on the hour, if you are late we cant not always give you extra time. Its your responsibility to arrive on time. Ps don’t be grumpy with my staff because you were stuck in traffic and have missed some of your session. its not their fault.
We will try to change your session if we can but unfortunately when we are full that isn’t always possible.

WETSUIT HIRE-
We do offer wetsuit hire.
We require a driving licence which is held in reception until the wetsuits are returned.
Can’t always guarantee sizes for everyone thou)
Cost is £3 (Children’s) or £5 (Adults-13years up)

WAIVERS-
If you are having problems filling the waivers out on Eola, these forms can be done on site, please please do try to do them before hand as this saves time at check in. Sometimes the waivers don’t update to us so we may need you to complete again at checkin.
Just adding the names, isn’t signing them!
SAFETY VIDEO-
Everyone sliding must watch the safety video before sliding so please watch this on our website/ facebook or youtube before arriving.

WATER PISTOL BATTLE PARK
This is bookable online or onsite
There is number limit per session.
The cost is £5.00pp.
This includes the use of the water pistols, water and staff organising games for 45 minutes.
These session start times generally are at
11.15/ 12.15/ 13.15/ 14.15/ 15.15/ 16.15 only.

BAD WEATHER CLOSURE
If we need to close, we will email you, no later than 8am on the day so please double check your emails before leaving.
If you haven’t received an email we will be open. We don’t close just for rain!
Please note we have a hard standing car park so parking and getting on & off site isn’t a problem.
RUDENESS/ SWEARING
Luckily we don’t get this often but Cornwall is very busy and unfortunately the bad weather or traffic delays isn’t helping so on an occasion we may get a rude customer. We don’t tolerate this behaviour. Please be kind to our staff!!
