Here’s to more days like these…

This summer in St Ives has given us so many days like this. 💙

Blue skies, clear seas and long days on the beach, but really, it’s the time spent together that makes a St Ives holiday special.

Everyone together, sandy feet, swims in the sea, beach games that go on until sunset, family BBQs and nowhere you particularly need to be.

And while this summer may be drawing to a close, it’s rather nice to have another one to look forward to.

We love receiving reviews like this, especially from guests who have been holidaying in St Ives for nearly 30 years.

They recently stayed at Sanderling Cottage and described it as “one of the best cottages we’ve stayed in”, loving its beautiful interiors, comfort and, of course, its location.

Tucked away in the heart of Downalong, Little In Sight sleeps 6 and is one of those cottages that surprises you the moment you step inside. Light, spacious and beautifully designed, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

But for us, it’s the location. Follow The Meadow and within about 50 steps you’re on Porthmeor Beach, particularly lovely when you have children, surfboards and all the paraphernalia that comes with a day on the sand.

A recent guest summed it up perfectly: “Being able to nip back to the cottage so easily made beach days totally stress-free.”

A cancellation means there’s now a chance to spend a few summer days overlooking Porthminster Beach from this beautifully light and spacious apartment for two.

Wake up to the sea, wander down to the beach in minutes, stroll into town for dinner and come home to one of the best views in St Ives. There’s secure undercover parking too, so once you arrive, you can happily leave the car behind.

One guest described Blue View as “a place of respite from the busy world” and we couldn’t put it better.
