Can I stay?….. yay you can stay! A few 2025 dates available.

You can always get cheaper, we had guests stay last October who “had the best holiday of their lives - ever!” However they were actively poached by a local agent (whilst drinking a cuppa in my cottage)… well, the place they have booked is fractionally cheaper, but it’s also tired, dated and has no amenities.

Guests absolutely love our beautiful and comfortable rattan set, new summer house, and the character of our interior and all the extras.

I pride myself on providing a holiday that you’ll remember and treasure, I’m not Poundland… I’m Waitrose darling 😂 (or at least Sainsburys finest 😉)

Your holiday is precious, why save a few £ to be disappointed? I live 2 miles away, so you get ultimate privacy but really easy access if you need me.

Why? Because I care. I’m not a faceless enterprise, I’m Laetitia Webb, Aquarius, 47, peri menopausal and eager to please 🤣 I’m happy…. When you’re happy ❤️

This weeks guests have been cooking up a storm in our well equipped kitchen and taking advantage of our local delicacies… you haven’t tried lobster till you’ve had Norfolk lobster 🦞

We are surrounded by such amazing Norfolk food and drink supplies!

Just had a Facebook memory for 8 years ago, since then we have a new thatch, new door, extended garden (used to all be a parking area), new gate, new planters and plants, new garden furniture, new fence, it’s been a journey but I’m proud of everything I’ve accomplished- and still doing more ❤️

Lasts weeks guests have booked for next year, as did this weeks. And another lovely thank you gift - I’m a lucky girl! We miss our regulars, they’re like family - the guests who left on Friday have stayed with us twice a year since 2020 ❤️

Our next availability is a cancellation June 27th - July 4th - then nothing till mid August.

While I was weeding the front garden on Friday I heard a couple talking as they were walking back up beach road, it sounded like they regretted not booking closer to the beach… it might be “only half a mile” but that 10 minutes can take too long 😂

And great news, our beach has been awarded a BLUE FLAG for 2025. One of only 6 beaches, in over 100 miles of Norfolk coastline.

Unbelievably I still have May 30th available for a week, beautiful weather forecast and only £125 a night for up to 5 guests (based on 7 night stay). We’re just seconds from our BLUE FLAG beach 🩵.

A lovely thank you card and gifts from our regular guests last week, sad to see them leave but they’re back in September. They also gave me a beautiful China beach hut but I popped it in our beach hut before taking a photo silly me.

What a great use for our new beach hut - our guests are using it as a yoga and meditation space! ❤️

Such a beautiful day on the beach today, I love living so close now - it’s like a holiday every day 🩵☀️
