Earth Day at Gwynver Beach House 🌍☀️

Beneath this sunset lawn, 200m below ground, our ground source system quietly keeps the house warm and the hot water flowing year-round — perfect for those sandy, salt-kissed moments when everyone heads in from the beach wanting a shower at once. Even four-legged guests have their own dog-height outdoor rinse-off too.

With solar back-up on the garage roof, and a renovation shaped around efficiency, sustainable materials and gentle choices where we could, we wanted comfort to feel effortless.
