I’ve been working hard on putting together a fabulous itinerary for clients who were recently referred to me. She is turning 60 next year and wanted to celebrate in style (and why not?)

On our initial call I listened closely to the details she wanted to experience - priority dining reservations, luxurious cabins, quality service, and the destinations she longed to see.

From this I found three great options, all with pre and post cruise stay extensions added on and she loved all of them.
She said she’d seen this particular yacht at ports before but didn’t know it was going to be an option so she was grateful for me to show her that it was indeed.
The trickiest part was narrowing down which of the three she wanted to experience first!

I absolutely love working on itineraries that are 'a bit different'. For the past few weeks I've been diving into Uzbekistan, somewhere that has gained popularity since Race Across The World featured it in their latest series for sure! This family love exploring and being adventurous and I've prepared a couple of different options, including small group tours (so they would be travelling alongside others but still with their own free time to explore), a completely independent itinerary 'just' focussed on the main transport and hotel stays, and a more guided tour of the country.
I'm very excited to see which one they choose - and another place to add to my bucket list for sure!

📌 Cappadocia

I’ve recently been working on a special itinerary that included a once in a lifetime trip to Cappadocia.

My client said to me she was blown away with the itinerary suggestion I’d come up with and when she mentioned she wanted to see hot air balloons she hadn’t even dreamed she could go in one. But now she can!

This is what I love. I listen to what you’re saying inbetween the things you’re actually saying to discover those WOW moments that’ll leave you speechless.

Rethinking Where To Safari

When you picture a safari in Africa, you might think of South Africa for Kruger, or the Maasai Mara in Kenya. Once you settle on a country, you then have to choose a region: for South Africa, many people default to either Kruger or a private reserve in the Eastern Cape. But if you are considering South Africa, KwaZulu‑Natal (KZN) rarely tops that list, which is exactly why it feels so refreshing. On my visit this year, KZN completely exceeded my expectations. As someone who specialises in safari holidays and is admittedly quite selective about where I recommend, I came away feeling that this is one of the most underrated regions for a truly varied, unhurried safari....
