Meet the Bright Lights Society’s newest works of art.

Curated by 2 teams during the semi-final episode of The Big Deal with Steph McGovern, set on Queen Anne, the winning collection was named 'After Hours'. It brings together Art Deco influences and contemporary photography capturing the glamour, performance and theatrical spirit of the venue on board.

Now, the pieces have been hung in pride of place for guests to admire.

Last week, we revealed that our flagship, Queen Mary 2, will be thoughtfully refined in 2027.

To mark this next chapter, we commissioned artist and illustrator Tanu Vasu to create a selection of original prints, bringing elements of Queen Mary 2’s story to life through her distinctive artistic perspective.

The first print depicts Queen Mary 2 in New York, representing our special connection with the city and our 185-year legacy of transatlantic crossings.

In the lead-up to her refinement, we’ll unveil each print offering a new artistic perspective on the journey ahead.

From behind the scenes to the small screen. Queen Anne provides the setting for today’s semi-final of The Big Deal with Steph McGovern.

These behind-the-scenes moments capture the production at sea, as the contestants put their creativity and commercial instincts to the test in a challenge created especially for the ship’s Bright Lights Society. Waiting to cast their verdict were two judges who know Queen Anne rather well: Cunard President Katie McAlister and VP Brand and Product Development Lee Powell.

Home to the largest curated art collection at sea, she provides a fitting setting for this week’s semi-final of The Big Deal with Steph McGovern.

Over three days at sea, aspiring dealers are challenged to curate a collection for the Bright Lights Society, guided by Steph, mentor Cordelia de Freitas and guest curators Wilhelm Finger and Melita Skamnaki from Double Decker, who also curated the art collection on board.

Queen Anne provided the perfect vantage point for a truly unforgettable spectacle.

On 12 August, guests witnessed the total solar eclipse from on board as day briefly turned to night over north-west Spain.

And there’s another opportunity to experience this incredible phenomenon at sea in 2027. On 2 August, Queen Victoria will be in Tangier, Morocco, while Queen Elizabeth sails from Valletta to Split.
