Meet the team: Sally is the Holiday Cottages Manager and oversees the whole team here in Southwold.

-> What's one of your favourite things about Southwold?
The dunes. I love a pre-work walk along the beach from Gun Hill to the harbour mouth and watching my dog George dart up and down the dunes through the marram grass with the biggest grin on his face! The view across to Walberswick and beyond is pretty lovely too.

-> Where would you recommend visitors go for a great day trip outside of Southwold?
I enjoy a day out in Aldeburgh. Just a short drive along the coast it has a completely different vibe to Southwold. Plus there's a lovely coastal walk from there to Thorpeness with its House in the Clouds and rowing boats.

-> If you could stay at one of our holiday cottages for the weekend, which would you choose and why?
A tricky question, but I'd go for the small and cosy Angel Cottage with its super-comfy king-size bed. This cottage is right next to Harris and James too so fresh coffee, cake and ice cream right on the doorstep!
