The 2027 Carnoustie Classic, hosted by DP&L Golf, is now on sale 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏌️

This fantastic annual event, has its home for 5 days at the Carnoustie Golf Hotel and Spa with golf being played over the Medal Course at Monifieth Golf Links, the 1562 Links at Montrose Golf Links, for the first time in the event, the historic Scotscraig Golfing Club and finishing with the Championship Course at Carnoustie Golf Links.

With the eyes of golfing world fixed on Royal Birkdale Golf Club where it is currently hosting The Open, there hasn't been a better time to plan a trip to England's Golf Coast.

As the 20th Anniversary Carnoustie Classic came to a close we celebrated with an evening of dinner, drinks and prizes at the Carnoustie Golf Hotel and Spa hosted by PGA professional Alan Tait.

After 4 rounds if hotly contested golf we had Danish golfer, Helle Sjorring-Tolman, come out on top of the Ladies Event, long time attendee from the US, Gary Barrow, winning the Senior Gents and first time attendee Pablo Ridao Ceballos from Spain dominating the field in the Gents.

Thanks to all golfers for attending and making this a fantastic celebration of the Carnoustie Classic.

What a final round we had yesterday for the 20th Anniversary Carnoustie Classic over the Championship Course at Carnoustie Golf Links !!

The sun shone...the wind was light...the course stunning...and some of the scores were incredible!!

We welcomed our first group of golfers to The Old Course at St Andrews Links this week after a few days playing some fantastic courses around the St Andrews area.

Wasn't quite as sunny at the start of the round but they throughly enjoyed their day and the sun was shining for the final 2 holes!

What a day the players experienced at Panmure Golf Club for the penultimate round of the 2026 Carnoustie Classic....blue skies...sunshine...hardly a breath of wind and a fantastic welcome.

Pablo continues his fine form from Days 1 and 2, showing that links golf truly suits the man from Spain. He now leads by an impressive 7 points heading into the final round in the Gents division. In the Ladies, similar to Pablo, Helle has taken control with an even more impressive 9-point lead after a fantastic round of 38 points, improving with every round....and there’s been a big shake-up at the top of the Seniors leaderboard. Ken Bartley has surged into the lead, closely followed by Gary and Thomas, with just six shots separating the top seven players.

Midway through the Carnoustie Classic and over the last 2 evenings the guests took part in whisky tasting sessions hosted by Glencadam Distillery Visitor Centre.

The guests sampled 4 whiskies from Glencadam's range under the expert guidance of Cameron McPherson...with the Hogan Suite at Carnoustie Golf Hotel and Spa being the venue....and what a view to take in while sampling a taste of Scotland!!

Thanks to the Cameron and the team for their support...everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Today saw the players tackle the historic 1562 Links at Montrose Golf Links with their golf game tested to the max!

In the ladies’ event, it’s long-time Classic supporter Helle Sjorring Tolman who has moved into the lead on an impressive 71 points. In the gents’ event, overnight leader Pablo Ridao has extended his advantage by a further two points, thanks to a fantastic 40-point performance today and in the senior event, it was a day to remember for Thomas Hoess, who produced a superb 41-point round to leap to the top of the leaderboard on 76 points.

Tomorrow, the competition moves to the renowned Panmure Golf Club , a course steeped in tradition and widely admired by the golfs greats and back on the rotation for this 20th Anniversary event.
