Just to let you know the May passes have now been released. Please do be careful when purchasing a May only pass as April's are still available (don't choose the wrong month!).
The last term's passes are also available to buy on the app!

Good evening,

For parents/carers who have bought their child a terms pass in January, the pass expires on the last day of school when your child breaks up for Easter.

The new term's passes (Summer) will be available to purchase from mid April onwards.

App System Problem Resolved & April Pass Glitch ALSO Resolved! (*Phew!*)

Good afternoon,

I am pleased to say that it appears that the issues surrounding the app have now been resolved and you should now be able to access the app again.

The glitch surrounding the passes not showing on the Bookings Calendar has also been resolved.

If you need to purchase a pass for your child for April, the systems are now up and running for you to buy a pass ready for tomorrow. Registered students without a pass due to this mornings issues are able to board this evening.

Please do ensure your child has a pass in place for tomorrow though so they can continue using the service.

It's definitely going to be one of 'those' days here at Elite Head Office!
I am receiving messages that the app is buffering for some parents and students or being locked out of the app. If this is you, please do not worry. Students are permitted to board today whilst we work with the tech team who operate our app. Further updates will be sent out (hopefully when all is fixed!).
Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we get everything fixed.

Good afternoon,

We aware of an issue on the app where passes have been bought but are not showing on the calendar on your apps.
This has been reported to the tech team and they are currently investigating the issue.
I can see your child's pass on our back systems so am able to manually approve your child to board if there is a problem with scanning on tomorrow so please don't worry.
The issue should be resolved very soon and I will issue an update as soon as i have one.

⭐CHS & HHGS Parents & Students: Friday 28th March 2025⭐

Good afternoon,

A fire has broken out near A34/St James' school. Fire crews are in attendance but the close proximity to Gillbent Road means that is is highly likely the area will be gridlocked.

All CHS/HHGS routes will therefore be diverted through Bramhall instead. This will cause some delays as most traffic in the area will also do the same but is the best option.

If you are travelling to collect your child instead of them using the service this evening, please try to avoid the area around the bottom of Gillbent Road.A34/Grove Lane area.

KA1/2 has been stuck in some heavy traffic this morning so has diverted from the usual route. The route will still arrive at school late but not as late as it would have been. School has been informed of the potential late arrival.

KA 3 & KA4 Friday 14/02/2025
Good morning,
Due to a number of drivers being off work poorly, KA3 and Ka4 will merged together for both AM and PM services today.
We know this is not the news you will want to hear, but putting on a bigger vehicle and collecting from both routes is the only option open to us to cover all routes today.
KA3's route will run an estimated 5 minutes later than usual, traffic dependent on the AM route.
On the PM route, KA3 will be dropped off first and KA4's route will run approximately 25 minutes behind the usual times, traffic dependent.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Just a gentle reminder for those paying monthly that February's pass is now available to buy on the app. If you are unsure on whether you have a pass in place for your child, please click on 'Booking Calendar' on your app and select a date in February. The app will show any live passes available for that date and prevent you making a double payment.
