Explorer Travel have over 15 years’ experience of being a Home-working Travel Franchise. Since buying the business in June 2021, Hays Travel have invested in the training and business development support offered to our existing Franchisees, with access to an even wider range of products and services. We want our Explorers to combine their passion for travel with the ability to help others create t

heir dream holiday, whilst earning at the same time. No travel experience is needed as there is ongoing training and development support following an initial induction. You have the flexibility to work your own hours around your family or other commitments. Set your own goals, there are no targets and you have the security of being part of the UK’s Largest Independent Travel business, whilst having the ability to trade under your own business name and be your own boss. Be confident in that we offer Full ABTA and ATOL bonding and your own website.

🚢 Ambassador Hosted Day - Edinburgh 🚢

Our Explorer Franchisees had a fantastic time learning all about Ambassador Cruise Line and what they have to offer their customers.

Everyone came away with lots of useful knowledge, leaflets and even some exciting Ambassador merchandise! 👀

Explorer meetups are a brilliant opportunity to network with other agents, build relationships with our supplier partners and step away from that screen. 🤝

It gives our Explorer Franchisees the chance to expand their product knowledge, ask questions and share ideas and experiences, leaving them with fresh inspiration and confidence to help grow their business. 💭

Happy International Day of Charity! 💙

Let's give a shoutout to some of our Explorer Franchisees for the amazing work they have been doing for the charities close to their hearts...

💫 Katherine Almond, who lost her beautiful daughter just 2 years ago, has registered a charity in her name Maisie Moo’s Missions

💫 Julie Breckon plants a tree for every passenger who departs, doing her part for the environment as well as supporting her local community such as, sponsoring a football team, donations towards defibrillators and more.

💫 Catherine Gordon pledged 5% of her earnings last your to an amazing charity called Kids Village, which supports families of children with terminal illnesses.

💫 Andy Waring runs a charitable directory called The Help Directory and an annual free event called Walk into Light for mental Health.

💫 Jennie Coleman has just donated over £600 to her local charity, check out the pic!

💫 Kath Bell works closely with The Steve Prescott Foundation, who support Rugby League Cares that look after player welfare, mental fitness programmes, and seriously injured players.

💫 Paul Bird works with Walsall Manor Hospital in house charity Well Wishers, and is currently a sponsor of Walsall's got Talent event with the final being later this month!

💫 Louise & Martin Guildford are holding a Golf Day on 30 September to raise funds for Macmillan and Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Rickmansworth and are hoping to raise around 10k. This is something very close to their hearts as Martin was diagnosed with head and neck cancer in October 2025 . Luckily, he has made full recovery and continues to be amazing with regular check-ups!

💫 Jen Cooke has a referral scheme with The Bonsai Black Belt Academy where she donates money for Holidays booked by their supporters and other community initiatives.

It's incredible to see the kindness our Explorer Franchisees are providing these amazing charities and their local communities. 🤝

🐕🦴 Happy International Dog Day! 🦴🐕

We've been celebrating today, but being a franchisee of Explorer Franchise by Hays Travel means more freedom to spend time with those who matter most, and for many of us, that's our four-legged best friends! 🐾

From morning cuddles before logging on, to lunchtime walks, endless belly rubs, and having a loyal companion by your side throughout the day, running your own travel franchise gives you the flexibility to enjoy more precious moments together. 💙🌏

This International Dog Day, we're giving a special shoutout to some of our favourite furry co-workers (and professional distraction experts)👇

🐶 Our franchisee, Catherine, has Minnie, a rescue from Romania who joined them at 5 months old. She has a crazy DNA 19% Segugio Italiano, 17% Chihuahua, and other breeds including Puli, Prague Ratter and American Pitbull.

🐶 Lou has 3 fur assistants. They are all naughty but she loves working from home with them.

🐶 Meet Jen's fur-friend, Ozzie - named because Jen is a Brummie and her husband is a heavy metal fan. Head of Security and Snack quality control he is a 6 year old Shorkie (25% Shih Tzu and 75% Yorkie).
