Explorer Travel have over 15 years’ experience of being a Home-working Travel Franchise. Since buying the business in June 2021, Hays Travel have invested in the training and business development support offered to our existing Franchisees, with access to an even wider range of products and services. We want our Explorers to combine their passion for travel with the ability to help others create t

heir dream holiday, whilst earning at the same time. No travel experience is needed as there is ongoing training and development support following an initial induction. You have the flexibility to work your own hours around your family or other commitments. Set your own goals, there are no targets and you have the security of being part of the UK’s Largest Independent Travel business, whilst having the ability to trade under your own business name and be your own boss. Be confident in that we offer Full ABTA and ATOL bonding and your own website.

🌍🍃 A HUGE congratulations to our brilliant franchisee Julie, from Earthwise Travel! 🍃🌍

Julie is passionate about sustainability, and her expertise are woven into every corner of her business. She was recently awarded with the Global Sustainable Tourism Council's Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourism - after working incredibly hard and passing all of her exams! We are so proud of you Julie, and all of your achievements. 🏆

Whilst completing her qualification, Julie took her expertise to the next level, going in depth about topics such as:
🌿 Sustainable Management
🌿 Supporting Local Communities & Economies
🌿 Protecting Cultural Heritage
🌿 Conserving Wildlife, Biodiversity & Natural Environments

When we caught up with Julie, she said: "Sustainability isn't just something I talk about. It's at the heart of why I created Earthwise Travel. I believe travel should create positive impacts for destinations, local people, wildlife and the environment, whilst still delivering incredible experiences for travellers.

One of the reasons I wanted to complete this qualification was to ensure that the advice I give to clients is based on internationally recognised standards and best practice, rather than simply relying on marketing claims.

We really value finding time for our members to get together, connect & learn. Earlier this month, some of our franchisees came together in Manchester, hosted by one of our amazing suppliers, Newmarket Holidays! From delving into expert product knowledge to team-building darts, it was such an informative and fun day all-round. 🥳💡

Our fabulous Business Development Manager, Sarah, told us: "The idea to host face-to-face Explorer meet-ups came directly from the people who matter most, our Explorers!
