Hi, I’m Leesa, an award-winning travel consultant and cruise specialist with over 34 years of experience in the travel industry.

My passion for travel began long before I became a travel consultant. I spent 16 incredible years as cabin crew, travelling the world, experiencing different cultures, and helping people create memorable journeys. That experience gave me a unique understanding of travel and customer service that I still bring to every client today.

Cruising has become my speciality, and I am proud to have been named SPAA Cruise Consultant of the Year 2025, one of the highest recognitions in the Scottish travel industry. I have also been a member of Hays Travel’s prestigious Captain’s Table for three consecutive years, recognising consistent excellence in cruise sales and customer service.

Embarkation day can honestly make or break the entire cruise 😅 Some people board the ship already stressed, standing in long buffet lines, waiting outside their cabin doors, dragging bags everywhere and feeling overwhelmed before the holiday even starts.

But experienced cruisers usually do things very differently.
