Hello All, i hope you are all staying safe out there, i just wanted to let you know, that my 3 bed, 3 bath, Lavender apartment, is available for short lets all through the winter accommodating up to 6 people, it is very spacious with fabulous views of the sea and at the moment all the lovely cruise ships including the Queen Mary, it is available for Christmas and New Year present, so get in touch if you feel like a relaxing, chilled, time here at Bowden House we look forward to seeing you Sally ###

Hello All, I hope you are all well out there, we have had some changes here at Bowden House over the last 3 months, Lavender Apartment is the only one available for holiday lets at the moment, all the others are rented out for a longer term right now, I will adapt the cost depending on the amount of people, but its based on 6 people at £50 per person per night, and please contact me direct if you want to book, Thank you ###

Hello all, I hope you are all doing ok in this surreal situation, and you are staying safe and well, we have been enjoying lovely weather here by the sea, but I guess it makes it worse for people self isolating with no outside space or in the city.

An update for Bowden House is that obviously we are not going to be a tourist destination for, in my mind, at least a year which is sad but true. I am going to be letting out some of my apartments during this time as a longer let 6 - 12 months and will be available for people in the local vicinity as preference.

At the moment they will be my one bedroom apartment, and 2 x 2 bedroom apartments all self contained from each other.
There will be the normal checks and references required.
I am not trying to 'cash in' before certain people jump on here with their comments as they did before, I am just trying to stay afloat during this difficult time and maybe help somebody who needs a bolthole as well. The apartments will be available at the end of April, maybe the dust will settle a little bit, but do message me if interested.
Stay safe and be kind, and I will miss my regular loyal customers this year, ###x
