Forest Bathing is about connecting with nature and tapping into the senses through simple nature based activities in a mindful way. Tandy Taylor, a Forest Bathing practitioner, will lead you on a relaxed journey through the garden. You will focus on the birdsong, the scent of herbs and be looking at the small details in nature that we so often overlook. 11am-1pm. Tickets £20.

A fun family day out, activities include an inflatable obstacle course and bouncy castle with fairground rides. Food and drink stalls are available in Bedale Hall and on the park. There are also craft stalls, a dog show and a 1970s-themed fancy dress competition. The Bedale Band will be playing along with the Leeming Ladies Military Choir. 10am-3pm.
