The roads are already starting to hum. In just TWO DAYS, Aviemore will fill with the sound of chrome and thunder as riders from across the world roll into the Cairngorms for THUNDER IN THE GLENS 2025.

Four days where engines meet music, and the mountains carry every note.

It begins on THURSDAY NIGHT, when SCOTT RAMSAY takes the stage at 9pm, striking the first chord of the weekend.

FRIDAY rolls in with a gathering rhythm: SONS OF THE SOIL in the afternoon, ANNE DICKSON at dusk, and BRUACH carrying us late into the night.

By SATURDAY, the Highlands are alive with CLARINISH, GRAEME MACKAY, DAVE RUDGE, and the TONE PIRATES – music rising and falling like the roads that brought us here.

And on SUNDAY, the farewell feels almost too soon. KEVIN FRASER lifts the crowd in the afternoon, DAVY HOLT keeps the heart steady through evening, TWEED powers into the night, and SPUD closes it all at 11pm.

ENGINES. MUSIC. MOUNTAINS.
The countdown is nearly over.

Early-risers tomorrow morning (20/08/25) might spot a beautiful conjunction of the crescent Moon and planets Jupiter and Venus in the dawn twilight. The elusive Mercury is also present in the morning sky however will be quite tricky to see without optical aid such as binoculars (beware of the Sun!). If you're up and about, and more importantly the weather conditions are kind, keep an eye out! Clear skies!
