This summer, we’ve been hosting some beautiful day retreats at Highcliffe. Days begin with coffee and pastries, before heading out for sea swims and walks along the coast. Our little cafe has been serving up delicious lunches, eaten outside, and the studio has been a much needed cool sanctuary for yoga and Pilates.

If you missed out, the next Marnie Rays retreat is on 13th September.
