✨ The Diaries of Lauren & Claire – Shine at Sea Experience 🚢🌊

DAY 1 – ALL ABOARD IONA!

We were up bright and early to catch the direct train to Southampton Central. Once we arrived, taxis were easy to find and the docks were only a short ride away.

On arrival at Ocean Terminal, we dropped off our luggage before heading through check-in. The whole process was super smooth and very similar to checking in at an airport. After security, it was time to step aboard P&O Iona! 🛳️

WOW… what a ship she is! 😍

After attending our welcome meeting, we had a few hours to explore. We started right at the top, checking out the fantastic kids' clubs and infinity pools, before working our way down to the gym and incredible thermal suite. There really is so much to discover!

We then headed back to our cabin for a quick freshen-up before meeting up with the rest of the group.

Dinner was at the speciality restaurant Sindhu, and WOW, the food was incredible! We were also pleasantly surprised to discover that a three-course meal starts from just £25 per person. Definitely worth a visit! 🍽️

We rounded off the evening at the SkyDome, enjoying the Cyndi Lauper tribute act, before heading to the Clubhouse for the Halloween party. 🎃👻
