Peça quando houver:

❌ conexão perdida
❌ alteração operacional

Esse documento pode comprovar:

✔️ horário do ocorrido
✔️ atraso/cancelamento
✔️ tentativa de reacomodação

⚠️ Sem isso, depois a companhia pode apresentar outra versão da situação.

Peça quando:
❌ sua mala for extraviada
