Sea Swimming is more popular than ever in recent times, especially with the warmer weather, we are fortunate enough to be spoilt for choice for beaches in Weymouth and there are some great spots for sea swimming!

Bowleaze Cove
Newtons Cove
Castle Cove
Greenhill

I wouldnt recommend swimming at Chesil as there are some very strong and dangerous currents in certain conditions.

Weymouth beach is the safest beach and also has RNLI lifeguards on duty so if you’re looking for a safe starting spot this is where I would recommend.
