🌿🐑 A few snaps from my regular wellbeing walks…

I don’t often talk about this, but these walks are a really important part of my routine - especially after a very stressful few weeks recently!

I’m very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of Lancashire, and at this time of year it’s even more special with lambing season, lots of green fields and plenty of fresh air. Sometimes a good walk up the big hills is exactly what’s needed to reset.

Running a small business means it can be hard to switch off, but getting outside, clearing my head and coming back with a fresh perspective really helps - and usually I’m replying to messages and thinking about your holidays while I’m walking!

(And before anyone says anything - yes I know I need my hair doing, it’s booked in… and it’s very sweaty work walking up these hills! 😅)
