🏡 A Farewell from Us ❤️
After six wonderful years of holding the reins, we wanted to share some important news with you all.
David and I have made the difficult decision to step away from managing the holiday cottages. We have recently moved house and, with some new challenges and adventures ahead of us, we feel that now is the right time for us to take a new direction.
This has not been an easy decision, and it certainly isn't one we have made lightly.
For the past six years, it has been such a privilege to welcome so many of you through the doors and to play a small part in your holidays and special occasions here in beautiful North Yorkshire. ❤️
We've loved meeting you, hearing about your plans, seeing returning guests year after year and getting to know so many of you along the way. There have been countless memories, lots of hard work, plenty of laughs and, of course, the occasional holiday-cottage disaster! 😂
Most of all, we want to say a huge thank you to every single person who has stayed with us, recommended us to friends and family, left a lovely review, sent us a message or simply supported the business over the last six years.
Without you, none of this would have been possible. ❤️
Although we're stepping away, the cottages will continue, and we are now handing over the reins to a new team. They will introduce themselves properly very soon, so please give them the same warm welcome and support that you've given us.
It's bittersweet saying goodbye to something that has been such a big part of our lives for the last six years, but we're also excited to see what the next chapter brings for us.
Thank you for trusting us with your holidays, for allowing us to be part of your memories and for making the last six years so special.
We wish the business, the new team and every future holidaymaker a fantastic future. 🌿🏡
