Bysiau Cwm Taf Valley Coaches was established in August 1990, with one coach and one school run after securing a loan from The Prince’s Trust. At that time we were based in the middle of the town of Whitland, but as the company went from strength to strength, we needed bigger premises. So in April 1994 we moved to Penrheol, 2 miles south of the town, and now have a fleet of 19 coaches, ranging fro

m 16 to 70 seaters, including our front line high quality executive coaches. Our touring knowledge is invaluable and because we are a family business, we go the extra mile to ensure that you have a first class experience. From your first enquiry with our reservations staff, through to our top class tour drivers, you will be well looked after. Our team comprising of Tour Management, Reservations Staff, Tour Drivers and Feeder Drivers are all totally dedicated in their role to ensure you have a successful journey. Much of the success of our tours is attributed to the care and courtesy of our friendly staff, the majority have been with us for many years and they are fully experienced and totally committed to ensuring you have a memorable time. We are very proud of our fleet, which is meticulously maintained, all vehicles are rigorously inspected by our technicians every four weeks. We have an outstanding record for safety, comfort and reliability. We're thrilled to introduce Sarah, who has joined our team at the Pembroke Dock office since the beginning of April! With over 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked with various organisations including Pembrokeshire County Council, Greenways Holidays, and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. A qualified Tour Guide for both Pembrokeshire and Wales, she also speaks Welsh and is passionate about sharing her local and national expertise. Sarah will be based at our Pembroke Dock depot, taking bookings and answering phone calls.
