➡️ Tourism Sales Executive - Brazil
📍 Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

🧑‍💻 Your role

As a Tourism Sales Executive, you will play a key role in designing tailor-made travel experiences and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

👉 Prepare quotations for travel programs and tailor-made itineraries
👉 Design complete travel programs and customized circuits
👉 Manage client requests and provide the best travel solutions
👉 Follow up on quotations and support the sales closing process
👉 Work with Tourplan (or similar quotation systems) to prepare proposals
👉 Build strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent service quality

🎯 Profile & skills

→ Minimum 2 years' experience in tourism sales or incoming tourism agencies
→ Degree or qualification in Tourism, Tourism Management or related fields
→ Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
→ Fluent Spanish and French
→ Strong communication and negotiation skills
→ Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
→ Good knowledge of Brazil as a tourism destination
→ Experience with Tourplan or similar quotation software is a plus

Great return at FIEXPO Latin America after 5 years! This year’s edition, hosted in beautiful Costa Rica 🇨🇷

We were happy to co-exhibit with ProEcuador, highlighting Ecuador as an exceptional destination for both MICE and leisure travel. From inspiring incentive programs and meetings to unforgettable cultural and nature-based experiences, Ecuador continues to strengthen its position as a must-visit destination.
