Adio Miso! After long day of driving around Split, and pick up of a helpful olive picker pal, we stopped for supper at Teta Olga restaurant - of course for their spicy Neretva style brudet ( and bbq eel :). This guy spent the dinner hour giving his personal send off to Miso Kovac as he downed much w**e, sang along , and shed a few tears over his glass as the farewell events for the beloved musician icon was broadcast live on the tv.

It has begun - not mine yet but it is always a helping others olive time- these are sitnice - tiny but great flavoured oil. Favourite time of year has begun.

Well hello and good - bye to an epic picnic showtime and 2026 season! Feelin’ proud of our rock n’ roll team! The night was perfect - and we sure closed the season on a good note. Thank you to all our guests that joined us this year, and our loyal agencies for choosing our unique experience amongst the many options out there. Here I come olive trees - idemo dalje ! 😍 🍷 .

Prep for the grand finale sunset picnic group. When your first recipe is a big fail you come up with another idea. Yes , sometimes things just don’t come out right…and end in the trash - although it took most of yesterdays rainy day to make my mousakka it was a no go when I did a taste test today. Nazalost! Moving on ! Poaching the fish in milk for less fishiness for my ultimate fishcakes that didn’t make an appearance once this year! 🍷 🏆

October sunset hike and gourmet picnic on srd - Views of the old town all the way up and a feast and gorgeous sunset views stretching over the elaphites islands and beyond washed down with lots of laughs, stories local w**es. October is a wonderful time for our unique little experience! My scalloped potatoes,turkey and spinach invention was pretty good too! 🍷

Rain or shine - all is fine! The birthday is today so they were troopers and still carried on with the piknik plans - albeit likely an indoors one with the rain comin down. Birthday picnics are my fave to make extra special - and this may be the grand finale on takeaway orders , so I blew it out of the park :) 🍷
