A dive trip to Candidasa is perfect for those looking for a bit of thrill—expect clear waters, the chance to spot mola mola, reef sharks, massive fish schools, and some awesome macro life like nudibranchs and octopus. Dive sites such as Gili Tepekong, Mimpang, and Biaha offer stunning underwater views with caves, walls, and vibrant coral. The conditions can be challenging at times, so it’s ideal for experienced divers. The water tends to be cooler, especially during mola season (July to October), but the rich marine life and peaceful vibe make it totally worth the trip.

The PADI Divemaster program is the first professional-level certification in the PADI system, designed for experienced divers who want to lead dives and assist with dive training. It develops your leadership skills, dive theory knowledge, and practical abilities in supervising dive activities. The course includes water skills assessments, rescue scenarios, dive planning, and hands-on experience, either through an internship or structured training.

This is the very first membership training program that qualifies trainees as PADI Professionals. The foundational program spans four weeks of training (with one day off each week) and can be completed at any of our dive bases: Sanur, Nusa Lembongan, Pemuteran, or Tulamben.

The program transforms candidates from recreational divers or students into leaders and role models in the dive industry. Divemasters worldwide are primarily called upon for two key roles:

Supervising scuba diving activities for certified divers
Assisting PADI Instructors in teaching dive students
