Having grown up in the sunny southeast Killiney, County Dublin, I’ve always had an urge to explore new places—especially those with a bit more sunshine than Ireland! I graduated from TU Dublin 2022 Bachelors in Tourism Management, where I developed a strong understanding of destinations, marketing and management. This sparked my passion for travel and discovering new cultures around the world. Since then, I have worked in an Irish luxury department store, I had the opportunity to meet and build relationships with people from all over the world—sharing advice about must-see spots in Ireland and learning from their experiences. This has given me the skills and knowledge that clients at Adams and Butler expect a five-star experience when they work with us as we are the expertise in this field. I’m particularly drawn to destinations that are off the beaten track where the landscape and ancient ruins tell the history of a place, and the natural ingredients shape the local cuisine. Where I can immerse myself fully in the language, history and culture. My favorite places to visit are Greece, South Africa and Edinburgh. Outside of travel, my second greatest passion is music—you’ll often find me at concerts, musicals, or festivals. One of my bucket-list trips to go glamping at Glastonbury!

A busy and inspiring week for the Adams & Butler team attending three fantastic events this past week where we were finalists for two awards. One as Best Irish Exporting company and the other for TOP Adventure Luxury Travel Advisor in the UK and Ireland.

It’s always a pleasure to be meeting so many wonderful small Irish businesses at the SFA Awards Ceremony and the experience we have gained is invaluable.

Sustainablity is the pinnacle of the travel industry right now and was amazing for A&B to take part in the speakers panel at the Virtuoso Impact Summit in Madrid. Last Friday Siobhan was a finalist at the TTG Luxury Travel Awards in London.

Congratulations to all the nominees and winners, and thank you to the organisers for two wonderful evenings and a fantastic sustainability conference in Madrid.

With a career in travel and hospitality spanning decades, Siobhan founded Adams & Butler in 2003, creating Ireland’s first high-end bespoke travel company and setting a global standard for personalised luxury journeys. She holds an MBA from the Smurfit Business School and has been recognised internationally as a Travel + Leisure A-List Advisor and Condé Nast Travel Specialist.

Her passion for travel, culture and meaningful experiences continues to inspire our team and clients around the world.

Next in our Meet the Team at Adams & Butler we have Jonathan Byrne!

Initially in Adams & Butler I oversaw exclusive-use rentals of castles and country estates - one of my first clients was Taylor Swift, who rented Luttrelstown Castle in Dublin! I have travelled in the USA - - and all over Europe, South America, Africa and Asia, and spent 24 months exploring Southeast Asia before joining Google for a few years.
Now back in A&B, travel is my passion and I love meeting and engaging with real people and discovering new cultures when abroad. Even when on a budget in Asia, I always relished good street food and tasting regional cuisines with the locals – so I am a bit of a foodie.
My other joy is wildlife, as I am a nature buff at heart. What is better than sipping a G&T in the bush at night listening to the sound of wild animals in the distance? I also love sports and adventure travel .
Designing the perfect travel experience for clients is my new passion and making sure that they too have those unforgettable lifelong memories with friends and loved ones that they will cherish.

Carl Bradford
Private Travel Designer Assistant & Administrator

From Belfast, I relocated to Dublin in April 2025 and began working at Adams & Butler after having worked in hotels for the previous 3 ½ years. Before that, I studied International Travel and Tourism Management at third-level education and undertook a 5-month work-based learning placement in Leuven, Belgium, the best months of my life to date! I am a keen traveller who mostly prefers to visit smaller, lesser-known destinations (such as Liechtenstein which I visited in August 2024) and my eagerness to travel stems from my time abroad and binge-watching travel videos during the pandemic. I am also an avid football (soccer), rugby and Formula 1 fan and can often be found scouring the internet trying to combine sports tickets with well-priced flights!

Siobhan the Lioness
Many thanks to for the use of his photo featuring Siobhan the Ugandan lioness, who strolled into Papa's Camp .africa when I was visiting. She was promptly named Siobhan by the guides because she was strong, had short legs and was a fast mover!! Papa’s Camp is nestled among beautiful fig trees on the south bank of the River Nile.
