Humayun’s Tomb is a magnificent 16th-century Mughal monument in Delhi and the first major garden tomb in India. Built in 1570 by Empress Bega Begum, the tomb is renowned for its grand red sandstone and white marble architecture, symmetrical Charbagh gardens, and elegant domed structure. It is considered an important architectural inspiration for the later Taj Mahal.
