To mark the 550th anniversary of Michelangelo's birth, the Galleria dell’Accademia is hosting a unique exhibition by the Chinese artist Wang Yancheng.
His abstract works, distinguished by a remarkable material intensity, engage in dialogue with Renaissance art, creating a dynamic encounter between past and present.
This is a unique opportunity to explore the iconic Galleria dell’Accademia and be captivated by a contemporary narrative of light and color. INTERIOR
St. James Apartment is spread on a single floor, running along a corridor that serves as the backbone of the home.
Upon entering, on the left, there is a guest bathroom fully equipped with a shower. Continuing on the opposite side, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring state-of-the-art appliances. The kitchen also includes a functional table with two seats, perfect for enjoying light meals or snacks. A sliding door leads to a well-equipped laundry room for added convenience.
At the end of the corridor, you enter the spacious dining room, illuminated by two large windows and seamlessly connected to the elegant living room, which offers a stunning view of the American Episcopal Church of St. James.
Beyond the living room, you reach the sleeping area, which includes a guest bedroom featuring a charming fireplace and the master bedroom, both with views of the church. The master bedroom is generously sized and furnished with spacious, elegant wardrobes, as well as a modern and functional desk. Who is Lorenzo Fagnoni?
Born in Florence, Florentine by birth, cosmopolitan by choice, he worked and lived in Amsterdam, Milan and London. He has always been in love with Florence and he loves to value the traditions and typicality of Florence in the world. Tourist hospitality is in its DNA.
What’s the story behind Apartments Florence?
Apartments Florence was born about ten years ago as a family-run activity managed by me and my wife Ana. It was not our main job, but just a secondary work. We were renting a handful of apartments from our family. Later on, we started renting other apartments on behalf of relatives and friends. Day by day, the company has grown up and it is now managed by a group of determined and passionate professionals and friends, including me and Niccolò Degli Alessandri. Today we manage more than 300 exceptionally well located properties in the heart of our beloved Florence and very close to the main attractions. In our portfolio you will also find different solutions, located in less known areas of the city.
What about your apartments? Do you select them?
Our apartments are always carefully evaluated and monitored before being included in our offer: that is to always ensure our guests top quality and functionality standards. Every apartment is equipped with prime choice amenities: internet Wi-fi, air conditioning, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, oven, stove top, refrigerator, washing machine, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. We also constantly gather feedbacks and observations from our clients to be sure we fully meet your each and every need.
