Boxwood Avenue is a modern farm blog sharing the journey of a of girl relocated from Miu Miu to moo moo. A chicken & quinoa kind of girl, living in a meat and potato kind of world, Chloe Mackintosh writes about balancing life as a hostess, homemaker, and farmgirl. Located on a cattle ranch in northern California, living in a town with a population of 99, Chloe keeps the company of her chickens, duck, kittens, horses, dog, cows, goats, and husband.

If you’ve ever wondered how beautiful stained glass is made, this is your peek behind the curtain! We are seeing stained glass as a major trend in luxury interior design, yet it’s certainly not a trend.

I consider this a resurgence. A time honored craft being reimagine and appreciated anew. Sophie’s skill, creativity, and enthusiasm welcomes us to appreciate something so special once more. I’m now dying to integrate into some of our design projects!

I hope you remember there is still time to create the life that you dream of and know you’re meant for.

It’s a hard truth, but creating that life isn’t simply about dreaming of it. It’s built through the countless reps of stepping through fear, doubt, and uncertainty and taking action anyway.

This week on Substack, I’m sharing what manifestation has actually looked like in my life, and the work it took to create the internal capacity to step into the life I truly wanted.

Because the life you’re dreaming of is still waiting. But at some point, you have to take the leap!

The river cruises are actually something touristy I swore off but are actually SO fun and although expensive, totally worth it!

St. Ouen: best for those who really love antiques, are looking to spend a full day, and want the Disneyland experience.

Vanves: Best for those who want a neighborhood brocante vibe, only want to spend a few hours, and just in search of odds and ends. Insider Tip, Bring cash and go early!
