The Only Limoncello Recipe You’ll Ever Need! 🍋

Ingredients:
4 organic lemons
500 ml pure alcohol (95%)
500 ml water
350 g sugar

Instructions:
Wash and dry the lemons, then peel them carefully (avoid the white part).
Place the peels in a glass jar and cover with alcohol. Seal and store in a cool, dark place for 30 days.
Make a sugar syrup by heating water and sugar until fully dissolved (do not boil). Let it cool.
Add the syrup to the infused alcohol, seal again, and leave in a cool, dark place for about another month.
Strain the liquid, bottle it, and discard the peels.

Serve:
Chilled, as a digestif after meals or over fruit ice cream. 🍸
