This is how Sciacchetrà is made 💛
At the beginning of the harvest, the finest bunches of grapes are carefully selected. The varieties are the same as those used for Cinque Terre DOC, although Bosco is particularly well suited to this process.
The selected bunches are then left to dry for several weeks, traditionally hung in the cellar or placed in well-ventilated crates in a dry environment. After drying, the best grapes are selected once again, berry by berry.
The result is a rich, concentrated and naturally sweet wine, produced in very small quantities, traditionally saved for special occasions — or given as a meaningful gift.🎁
