Villaen og området er så fantastisk. Inde har i 450 kvm. med (op til) 4 soveværelser og 4 badeværelser, gode opholdsrum, stort køkken og lækre faciliteter til ferie med hele familien eller vennepar. Den sydvestvendte beliggenhed giver sol ved poolen fra morgen til aften og udsigt til vinmarkerne fra alle husets terrasser og hyggekroge.

Villaen ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra den charmerende og berømte Barolo-by Monforte d’Alba. Og det bedste af det hele: Autencitet, lokalt liv, gode priser og ingen masseturisme!

!!Vigtigt!! Huset har elevator og er både handicap og gangbesværsvenligt.
Vi har vedhæftet plantegninger, men sender gerne mange flere billeder.

Vi er et dansk/italiensk par, som driver huset. Vi arbejder til daglig med at arrangere oplevelser i området og har også en lokal (dansk) sommelier og vinguide tilknyttet. Der er altså rig mulighed for at få en rejse med det hele - til det halve - hvis I er hurtige :-)

Huset er for alvor blevet sommerklar og stråler om kap med solen hér i Monforte d'Alba ☀️🇮🇹🍇 De første gæster har netop testet poolen og vi glæder os til mange flere denne sommer. Er her ikke bare skønt??
Vi har stadig ledige uger, hvis I er på udkig efter en skøn base i Italien. På fredag kommer der et temmelig ekstraordinært sommer-tilbud til jer, der endnu ikke har fået booket ferien i år. Kan I ikke vente, så skriv en kommentar, så sender vi jer mere info ;-)
