As we need to let Udon dough rest, we do either Origami or Calligraphy at the time:)

Additional activities

My elder son's birthday and baking life.
They are all made from grains of rice🌾 Not rice flour🙅🏻‍♀️
I'm so into it as it's super easy to make, delicious and it keeps me full😋 And it's simply amazing that the grains of rice turn into bread and cakes!
I'm gonna teach how to bake them👍🏻

Hi!! As some of you know that I and my family move to Bangkok, Thailand in May due to my husband's work!! We'll be there until September 2027 if there is no change.
We're so excited🤩

Then, I'm focussing on online lessons while I'm in Bangkok (I wish I could teach Calligraphy in Bangkok but visa problems,,,😭).
Udon making of course. I'll have more lessons for gluten free🌾
I used to use rice flour to bake bread but now I use RAW RICE😁🌾 I've been making bread, cookies, cakes and pizza with raw rice🤤
It's easy and quicker to bake. Also rice/rice flour bread fills my sons up better🤭 This is very important lol And rice is cheaper than rice flour😏
I'll announce you when I'm ready💪🏻
If you know good websites for online cooking lessons I can register, please let me know🥹🙏🏻

2 years and 8 months later...
So she booked me through an agency in March 2020 but it was canceled due to the COVID. I only knew her name, Rebecca, and where she was from🇬🇧. So there was no way to contact her. But she contacted me directly a few months ago. Then finally we met up🥺
She was so nice, open-minded and learnt it enthusiastically. I really wanted to teach her more if I had more time. And she also told me that she would come to do more classes if it was the day I left Tokyo to my husband's hometown for a week💔
Anyway, so we both had a great time😊💓
She did the tea ceremony class too!!
