MAASAI MARA AUTHENTIC CULTURAL ENCOUNTERS - A SAFARI BEYOND WILDLIFE
Immerse yourself in the authentic Maasai daily rituals and culture during your 1st day at your stay at the Camp. Engage with the Maasai tribe in the following activities :
✔️ELEPHANT TREKKING WITH MAASAI WARRIORS
- Embark on an unique adventure on foot to the top of the hill, nestled behind your camp. As you ascend higher, the landscape unfolds before your eyes, revealing panoramic views of the surrounding plain spotted with Acacia trees.
- You'll be greeted by a gateway of elephants or other wildlife peacefully grazing, watching them at a safe distance.
- The elephants do trek around other areas and may not always be visible on every trek. There is possibility of seeing other wildlife e.g Zebras, Impalas etc.
- The rate is 35 USD per adult
✔️MAASAI SCHOOL VISIT
- The school is a community for young children unable to afford education offered by expensive private academies. The children really love a visit and are very fond of picture-taking.
-We often arrange some candy, pencils or books beforehand.
- The rate is FREE!
✔️BEADWORK WITH MAASAI WOMEN
- Maasai wear their culture with pride and purpose. Each colour reflect the natural world around them. Like Red( for the earth and bravery),White ( for the cattle and peace), Green(for the grassland)
- These bead groups enables women in Maasai communities to earn their income through their handmade crafts.
- You can support them by joining their class on how to make various beads jewellery. Bracelet or Small Necklace can be taken home

✔️HERD CATTLE WITH THE MAASAI
This is a unique adventure since you will dive into the rich cultural significance of cattle in African Maasai families. Under the guidance of a Maasai shepherd, you'll learn essential survival skills in the bush and even participate in activities like milking cows and protecting the cattle from wild animals.
- Watch as they lead the heard with a gentle authority, using calls, gestures and clapping of the hands
