Founder of Kitum’s Safaris and Director at Erica Eco Mara Camp - Francis Ole Moonka - is a local Maasai man born in the Mara and raised in the Maasai Mara, Kenya. The Erica Eco Mara Camp means “A gift of Knowledge to the young ones” in Maasai language.The camp started operating in the beginning of the year 2020 and is set on a land parcel of 12 acres in t

he Maasai Mara while overlooking the scenic view of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Our aim is to bring social change to the community by feeding hungry children, providing education and empowering our workforce by providing job opportunities. Kitum's Safaris offer game drives, meals in the wild and unforgettable experiences with the Maasai people.
