g way. Homestays in Kenya give you “authentic” travel experiences off the beaten trails, allowing you to mingle with locals on an equal footing, to share their stories, sample their cuisine, make friends and take home beautiful memories. The Safari Homestays team strives to ensure our Homestays meet industry standards in hygiene, safety, security, amenities and services. Our well selected Homestays incorporate many interesting aspects such as closeness to major tourist attractions, interesting local activities, presence of tradition and culture, rich history and experienced hosts. Mboi farm, located in the Aberdare ranges was our pilot Homestay and provides a peak into how this exiting concept can greatly boost holiday experiences. From Mboi farm, we have gone on and started two new homestays namely Janam Homestay in Mt. Kenya (Naromoru), and Belavie Homestay in Nairobi (Karen). In our homestays, you will get to enjoy experiences far removed from the tourist march like rural lifestyles and traditional cultures, farm activities such as tea and coffee picking, guided village tours, local dish cooking lessons, volunteering in community projects, river fishing, playing football with village kids and many more wonderful experiences. From our homestays, we also organize park and conservancy visits, mountain climbing, trekking, camping, and birding tours for guests on request, so that you get the complete holiday experience. During your stay with us, the Safari Homestays team will offer you complete support with our staff being on call 24 hours, ensuring your holiday is enjoyable and problem free. Apart from Homestays in Kenya, Safari homestays dream is to create an amazing network of homestays in the East African region.
