Half-day Phnom Penh City Tour
Option 1: The "Heritage & Culture" Tour
Best if you want to see the beauty and architecture of the city.
08:00 AM: Pickup from Hotel.
08:30 AM: Royal Palace & Silver Pagoda – The crown jewel of the city. (Allow 1.5 hours).
10:15 AM: National Museum – Located right next to the palace, featuring incredible Angkorian statues.
11:15 AM: Wat Phnom – The hilltop temple where the city was founded.
11:45 AM: Central Market (Phsar Thmey) – A quick 30-minute walk-through of the Art Deco dome for photos and snacks.
12:30 PM: Drop-off back at Hotel.
Option 2: The "History & Reflection" Tour
Best if you want to understand Cambodia’s modern history and the Khmer Rouge era.
08:00 AM: Pickup from Hotel.
08:30 AM: Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21) – A former high school turned prison. Moving and educational. (Allow 1.5 – 2 hours).
10:30 AM: Independence Monument & Statue of King Sihanouk – A quick photo stop at these central landmarks.
11:00 AM: Russian Market (Toul Tom Poung) – Excellent for souvenirs, local crafts, and seeing a more "raw" side of the city compared to Central Market.
12:00 PM: Riverside Drive (Sisowath Quay) – A scenic drive past the Royal Palace and the Mekong riverfront on the way back.
12:30 PM: Drop-off back at Hotel.
