Rising Balkans is preparing new team-building and incentive travel programs for 2026 across Macedonia and the wider Balkans.

Our goal is to support international MICE agencies, incentive travel companies, corporate event agencies, tour operators and travel partners with tailor-made Balkan programs for their corporate clients.

We provide:

• creative team-building activities
• incentive travel experiences
• hotel and transport coordination
• guides, restaurants and authentic local experiences
• full ground handling support
• white-label cooperation options for travel partners

The Balkans offer a fresh and diverse setting for corporate groups looking for authentic experiences, active programs, culture, nature, local food, wine, and meaningful team moments.

Some projects you organize. Some you coordinate. And then there are those that remind you why you do this work in the first place.

From our very first conversation with Adriano, we knew that „La Colonna della Civiltà“ was more than just a cycling journey. It was a vision to reconnect two of Europe's most important historic routes – the Via Appia and the Via Egnatia – through culture, heritage, and sustainable travel.

We are proud that Rising Balkans had the opportunity to support this project in Macedonia and contribute to an initiative that brings people, communities, and histories together across borders.

Special thanks to the Municipality of Struga and Mayor Mendi Qyra, Valentina Pereska from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Dušan and Raste from Rupicapra MTB Adventure Team, and Jovica Jovo Slavkovski from the local community of Radožda for their valuable support.
