Clarification Regarding Visa
We categorically deny the false allegations circulated by an anonymous social media profile claiming that one of our helpers benefited from a free visa, free Hajj, or misappropriated ICC funds at the expense of Hajees.
We wish to affirm that all required expenses for operators were duly paid for our helpers, including the air ticket, visa, catering, accommodation, and all other applicable costs for operators. Our helpers serve purely on a voluntary basis, seeking the pleasure of Allah, and are even prepared to bear personal expenses in order to serve the guests of Allah.
We have fully respected all procedures established by the ICC concerning both helpers and Hajees. At no point did we request or receive any entitlement belonging to any Hajee.
To those behind anonymous profiles, and to those who share or repeat allegations without verifying the facts, we remind ourselves and others of the guidance of our beloved Prophet ﷺ:
“Indeed, a servant may utter a single word that causes him to plunge into the Hellfire farther than the distance between the East and the West.”

We therefore urge everyone to fear Allah, verify information before spreading it, and refrain from making accusations without evidence. Allah is the Best of Judges, and every statement will be accounted for.
