Hello, since we are also supporting animal rescue groups in the Yucatan Peninsula, we wish to let you know that you can also help these hard working iniciatives that help combat the big problem of stray dogs in Mexico. Help is greatly needed and appreciated!!!

I wish I could joyfully say: 'what a wonderful sighting of a full grown crocodile', but with a heavy heart, we have witnessed a dead body that now makes the 4th dead crocodile at the same location in the past years.... To see such a full grown crocodile in Sian Ka'an is very rare, more it saddens us, that such a majestic being lost its life brutally murdered by whomever has no respect for nature...We remember that Sian Ka'an should be a protected area for its inhabitants, where all animals can live in freedom without the fear of being murdered. However we have witnessed more and more public traffic on the protected beaches and lagoons where people come and fish illegally. It is extremely worrying that these incidents repeatedly occur.
